The zoning for this area is comprised with the MIAMI21 (http://www.miami21.org/zoning_usingthecode.asp) form-based code. All designs must comply with this code in order to qualify. The site is located in the North Quadrant of the Zoning Atlas (http://www.miami21.org/zoningatlas_archives.asp) here you will identify the Transect Area and the according regulations assigned to it.

SITE DEVELOPMENT:

Site development must include but is not limited to planning, building orientation, sustainable design and landscaping oriented to preserve natural resources and ensure energy efficiency. You may propose to plant more trees for shading purposes but it is of great importance to preserve any trees on site. Removal and penalty fees and actions for removing existing trees cause a great distress in the construction budget as well as time management.
