Each project must directly address sustainable, accesible and cost-effective design as well as the principles of Habitat For Humanity of Greater Miami.(discussed throughout the seminars)
Each project must include (but is not limiting to) the following drawings:

Site plan
-
Floor plan
-
Elevation
-
Two sections (cut perpendicular to each other),
-
3D image with the surrounding context
-
Diagrams that explain concept, program, sustainable design and any particularity your design has.
DESIGN ESSAY OR ABSTRACT:
A separate brief essay of 300 words, in English, is allowed as part of the submission describing the most important concepts of the design. Although these should all be clear on the drawings.
